Blogging as therapy

I remember a few years ago I was very into blogging (Xanga days), but ever since Xanga died down, I’ve lost the interest to actually express myself through blogging. Before, it used to be a vehicle to to unleash my thoughts… it was sort of a stress reliever. When I blogged about a thought that bothered me, I didn’t feel like it bothered me as much. I did that partly because I could not confide in many people around me. But nowadays I can confide in a few more people, but often times I feel like my brain is totally bombared with bothersome insecurities… and I have no way to soothe them.

I think I need to force myself to write them out here. Even if they are private entries, it will help me.
